How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from our New Delhi warehouse within 24–48 hours. Metro cities receive orders in 2–3 business days; the rest of India in 3–6 business days. You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your gift ships.
Is gift wrapping really free?
Yes! Every single order is hand-wrapped in our signature packaging at no extra cost. You can also add a free hand-written note at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Absolutely. COD is available across India on most pin codes. You can also pay securely online via UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets through Razorpay.
What is your return policy?
If something isn't perfect, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked. Just reach out and we'll arrange a pickup. See our Refund & Returns policy for details.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Of course — that's what we're built for. Enter your recipient's address at checkout, add a personal note, and we'll deliver it beautifully wrapped with no pricing on the packaging.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your confirmation SMS/email, or head to our Track Order page and enter your order number.
How can I contact support?
