1. Free Hand-Wrapping & Dispatch

Every single order placed on Crazygifts is hand-wrapped in our signature pop packaging at no extra cost. Orders are packed and dispatched from our New Delhi warehouse within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with India's leading express logistics services (BlueDart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees) to ensure your gifts arrive quickly and safely:

Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–3 business days.
Rest of India: 3–6 business days.
Remote / Special Locations: Up to 7 business days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 across 18,000+ PIN codes in India. A nominal verification call or OTP confirmation may be requested prior to dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

Once your gift is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification containing your live tracking link. You can also track your shipment anytime on our Track Order page.
