7-Day Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Guarantee

We want your gifting experience to be 100% delightful. If you or your recipient are not completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligible Items for Return

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and gift box packaging intact.
Customized or personalized items (e.g. custom engraved names or customized cards) cannot be returned unless damaged during shipping.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@crazygifts.shop or via WhatsApp with photos/videos. We will send a free replacement immediately.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method (or store credit for COD orders).
